We commit to do our best so that you receive your Handcrafted item in excellent condition, via UPS or freight.
Unless otherwise requested, we ship UPS ground.
Wedding just around the corner, and concerned about getting your wagon in time?
Relax, we can get our wedding wagons shipped very quickly. We’re in Western North Carolina, so regular UPS ground time must be considered. A map of shipping time is included on the right.
If there is a rush, we can ship UPS next day or second day air. To discuss a rush order, and get shipping quotes, contact us.
The Flower Girl Pumpkin Wagons, Angel Carriages, and Charming Carriage can ship in less then a week if necessary, but we do appreciate more lead time if possible. A few weeks is ideal.
The Snow White Carriage & Royal Carriage take longer, so try to give us more time for these larger ones.
The Princess Carriage takes quite a bit more time, so we need at least 4 – 6 weeks lead time, more if possible.
When your box arrives, please check over your purchase carefully, and if there is any shipping damage, save the packaging material.
UPS will deny our damage shipping claim unless it can be inspected by them in the original packaging material. If you do not have the original packing material, we cannot correct the problem of shipping damage and the loss will be yours.
If there is shipping damage, and you have kept the original packing material, then contact us (not UPS) as soon as possible @ (828) 675-5858.
